Packaging was already opened (jewellery packaging not parcel). I would guess it was someone else's returned order.

The quality is lacklustre, I also cannot confirm if it is real silver as there are no stamping on it.

The quality of the product is generally OKAY, I've had better jewellery from Amazon.

They were really flexible with my return requests as I tried to customize my new look. And I love the unisize concept. Just focus on the product you like and it fits! Especially useful for rings

The product is minimal jewelry that adds a nice touch of class to anyone's wardrobe. My bracelet broke while I was doing hard work, and this was not because it is cheaply made, it got caught on something and I broke it. But what really stood out to me is that Vacier replaced it with no questions asked. I would recommend this brand for a nice upgrade to your everyday wardrobe. Thanks!

Item I ordered was poor quality and arrived in a small plastic bag and not a small box. As it was a Chain, it also took some time to untangle, which for the price I paid, I thought this was poor packaging. I will not order from them ever again. Avoid.

I like Vacier because the products are good quality. In addition, their customer service is great. They had got in touch with me to review the product, I told them that one wristband broke after 2 months of use and they were concern on the matter and told me that they would send me a new one. 2 weeks later, it had arrived. I can´t complain. I´m happy with my purchase.

I ordered the silver cuff and ring set and the gold chain. The cargo and delivery to Turkey was painless and I absolutely was joyed to get them. I wear the bracelet 24/7 and never take it off and the shine and look has stayed the same even when I shower with it. Will certainly buy more!
